Whatever your interests, there is a great deal to see and do within easy reach of Long Cover.

For walkers, a network of paths and bridleways lead directly from the cottage and there are innumerable delightful walks nearby (including the Mortimer Trail). For those who enjoy the finer things in life, Ludlow offers a range or world-class restaurants and a superb Festival, as does Hay-on-Wye, the Town of Books.

If you are looking for more active pursuits, why not try cycling, fishing, riding, rally driving or even para-gliding.

Or if that all sounds too hectic, what about following up some of the diverse range of nearby attractions, from the Severn Valley Steam Railway and West Midlands Safari Park, to Ironbridge, the birth place of the Industrial Revolution, or fairytale Eastnor Castle? You won’t regret it!
